Uni Example Case

70y/o male complaints of chronic progressive medial sided knee pain, failed non-operative management.
Underwent uni-compartment TKA.
After short painfree period, patient complained of severe right knee pain, unable to ambulate without assistance. Denied trauma.
Revised to posterior stabilized TKA. Tibial defect required augmentation.
