  • Stage II=radioscaphoid joint arthrosis.  Rx=distal pole excision vs PRC vs 4-bone fusion.
  • Stage III=Arthrosis entended to capitolunate joint.  RX=PRC vs fusion-Stage IV=pancarpal arthrosis. Rx=fusion
