Shoulder-arthritis-mild 

SAMILSON and PRIETO Grading

Mild arthrosis - evidence on the anteroposterior radiograph of an inferior humeral or glenoid exostosis, or both, measuring less than 3mm.  (Samilson RL, JBJS 1983;65Am:456-460)

Shoulder-arthritis-moderate 

Moderate arthrosis - evidence on the anteroposterior radiograph of an inferior humeral or glenoid exostosis, or both, measuring between 3mm and 7mm with slight glenohumeral-joint irregularity.  (Samilson RL, JBJS 1983;65Am:456-460)

Shoulder-arthritis-advanced 

Severe arthrosis - evidence on the anteroposterior radiograph of an inferior humeral or glenoid exostosis, or both, measuring more than 7mm, with glenohumeral narrowing and sclerosis.  (Samilson RL, JBJS 1983;65Am:456-460)
