  • Torg ratio (sagittal diameter of the spinal canal is divided by the sagittal diameter of the corresponding vertebral body) < 0.8 = spinal stenosis.
  • Canal A/P diameter of less than 13mm = spinal stenosis (Pavlov H, Radiology 1987;164:771).
